Design Edge has designed many electrical plugs and extension sockets using PVC solid mouldings. Products have included IEC connectors, 240V Australian plugs and extension lead sockets, as well as clear medical plugs and sockets incorporating safety neons. Many products have injection moulded inserts to stabilize, reduce moulding cycle times and reduce the use of PVC for environmental reasons.
