Auto-Inflating Air Valve

The design required the development of a unique air valve providing press "OPEN" air intake for cushion auto-inflation and secure air sealing when inflated. The lumbar support cushion pressure can be easily adjusted by pressing button while seated.

The patented design provides ease of use, simple assembly and cool aesthetics in a cost-effective product package. Significant engineering development was required to ensure ergonomic use and product functionality.
